Puerto Punta Portals marina, a bad example

Since months, it is no wonder to see a feeling of uneasiness among the owners of those berths located in the marinas of the Balearics, whose rights of quiet enjoyment are currently in force and superior to 30 years. They have every reason to feel like this. The Government of the Balearic Islands, who could ease the tension by simply making a declaration of intentions, instead of calming people down, seems to have an attitude about it as if it is aiming to achieve the opposite: that is, increasing the tension and creating more uneasiness and confusion.
